" it was Just wonderful, we have a very busy family and trying to get us all in to see Allyson was impossible. Also we home school so being home was easier for all of us. With the home trip we paid a bit more, but it was so worth it, she helped us with individual programs, the kids got to play and interact do school work and not be bored, I could relax, and ask question directly about my supplements the food I was eating, how to make good shopping choice, and we even got a smoothie demo - which my husband loved and now does for the whole family every morning.. We even solved the stinky hockeyt equipment problem incredible in two hours the whole family was accessed, had a program and excited to start.. highly recommend it. "

I am new to fitness and actually after spending time with Ally new to health, however after 2 session one to set-up the program ( at home tone), and one to actually train me I am so passionate ( Ally loves this word) about this, I feel comfortable using simple equipment - weights, and bands, doing my yoga video and going for great walks. I love my smoothy, and whole foods, and I am excited every day to play as Ally puts it. I am 225 lbs and the gym has no solutions for me Ally does. I am so happy. thank you.. oh yeah and for the rest of you - call her, before she is too busy you should hear what she does in a day - very inspiring!
