Happy EARTH DAY & Happy BIRTHDAY (to me),

IT IS TIME TO CELEBRATE!!!

Today I celebrate all that I am, all that you are and the wonders of Mother Earth.

I also, want to thank all of you for all your support, energy, and love.

I was told last week something I already knew yet it is worth repeating ” What you need most in life is friends” that is as true as it gets.

I have amazing friends, and family and with them they have helped me to grow, learn, love, sing( ok so maybe they don’t admit that), have fun and above all live my life fully. To all my friends past, present and furture I Celebrate you. You are a part of me.

Make sure you take time to celebrate those special people in your life today.

One such friend gave me a little verse of which I altered slightly and now use it as a morning affirmation.I would encourage you to do the same as this will bring you piece of your own celebration.

In Spirit -

In Body – Begin with a smile, eat to live, move, dance, have a little romance. Send gratittude to the universe. Celebrate your body as the vessel of your experience. Build it strong, and flow with what mother nature is showing you.

It is spring, as nature clears out her depreis from the winter hybernation she cleanses and gets ready for the beauty of summer.

Follow her lead – it is time to cleanse, it is time to get back on track. Whole, Fresh often!

In Mind – open your mind up for new possibilities, believe in the impossible, plant yourself in the beauty of nature, watch a bird, the grass, a tree, the clouds. Journey to the ocean, or the mountains or just step outside, and look at the miracles around you, and know that the magic you see, feel, smell and experience is not seperate from you, but is a part of you.

My Wishes……

And the list goes on – Wow so much to Celebrate so as my candles on my cake are lit and I look to make my wish – I will request 3 outloud on this Brillant Earthday

First, to live this day 100% outside the box, I know the day will be full of sun, sand( yeah I am on the beach), great friends, tons of laughs and so much love.

Third, please go hug Mother Earth in what ever way you choose – I know I will – play in all her glory this will bring great joy to your heart and healing to the planet.

Today is my birthday, April 22 born to be a child of the earth, Today I celebrate. Today I dance, Today like all days is a time to Celebrate the greatest in all. Today we are One!
